Downtime Rules

All characters have 3 downtime actions between each session.
They must be spent between sessions and do not roll over if they are not used.
Other skills such as Computer, Science add additional downtime actions.
All downtime actions must be used 1 week prior to the game session (1159p Saturday night)

All downtime actions will be resolved in the order they are recieved.

Sample actions include
Crafting Character uses Craft skill to design, build or repair and item. This may require a static challenge to succeed.
Feeding If a character spends a downtime action to feed between games, they will start the session at full blood; otherwise they will start at half. Other factors may effect how much blood is available or how many downtime actions it takes to feed. A level of Herd may be expended instead of using a downtime action to start at full blood.
Investigation Characters may investigate potential leads, enemies or strange occurances. Researching forbidden knowledge or uncovering hidden information may be done with downtime actions as well. Backgrounds and Abilities may be used to aid in appropriate actions.
Patrolling Spending downtime actions to patrol your territory increases the difficuty to feed without being detected. It does not increase the difficulty to feed.
